Chip Zdarsky's Batman First Story Arc Has A Promising Start

Even if the volume doesn't have the pizazz of Court of Owls.

With that said this arc was heavy on action and implied Zdarsky will be pulling on Grant Morrison's Batman run a lot. That could turn people off.
